What we collect
When you request a proposal or book a consultation we collect the name, business name, email address, phone number and the description of your challenge that you provide. If you create an account we also store your name and email address.
We do not collect payment card details. Course purchases are handled by a payment provider and card numbers never reach our servers.
Cookies we set
Three cookies, all strictly necessary or set by your own action:
- Session — keeps you signed in. Removed when you sign out.
- Language — remembers whether you chose Arabic or English.
- Theme — remembers light or dark mode.
We set no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share data with advertising networks.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver the services you have paid for, and keep your account working. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your asking.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act within thirty days.
